BYLAWS OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CAREER-TECHNICAL EDUCATION INFORMATION, INC.Article IV: Regional Structure (Revised 5/20/2004)
Section 1. Regional Divisions. The membership shall be divided into seven (7) regions.
Section 2. Region I. The following states are designated as Region I states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgin Island. Region I has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 3. Region II. The following states are designated as Region II states: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Region II has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 4. Region III. The following states are designated as Region III states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Region III has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 5. Region IV. The following states are designated as Region IV states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Region IV has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 6. Region V. The following states are designated as Region V states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. Region V has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 7. Region VI. The following states are designated as Region VI states: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Region VI has two (2) regional representatives.
Section 8. Region VII. The following states are designated as Region VII states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Guam, Saipan, and Pacific Island. Region VII has three (3) regional representatives
